Terms and conditions
Last updated: [date]
These terms apply to your use of simonkramer.co.uk, including the Four Pillars Scorecard, the contact form and the booking page. By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
These terms cover the website only. If we work together, that work is covered by a separate letter of engagement, which takes priority over anything on this website.
Who I am
This website is run by Simon Kramer, a sole trader based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. You can contact me at simon@simonkramer.co.uk.
Information, not advice
Everything on this website, including articles, examples, the Four Pillars Scorecard and its results, is general information about running and growing a business. It is not advice about your particular circumstances.
In particular, nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. I am not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and I don’t provide regulated financial advice, audit, tax or legal services. Where your situation calls for those, I’ll work alongside your accountant, lawyers and other advisers.
Please don’t make decisions about your business based only on information on this website. If you’d like advice on your own situation, book a call and we can talk it through.
The Four Pillars Scorecard
The scorecard gives an indication of where your business stands, based only on the answers you give. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an assessment, valuation or audit of your business. Your results will only be as accurate as your answers.
To take the scorecard you need to give a valid work email address, because that is where your results are sent. Please give accurate details and only use your own email address.
Booking a call
A 30-minute introductory call is free and you’re under no obligation. Booking or holding a call doesn’t make you a client or create any agreement for services. Calls are booked through Google Calendar, and Google’s own terms apply to its booking page.
Using the website properly
You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law or is fraudulent;
- give false details or someone else’s details in the scorecard or contact form;
- use the forms to send spam, advertising or anything abusive, or try to send messages automatically;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or its database, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
- copy large amounts of the website’s content, or collect information from it with automated tools.
I may block access to the website, or ignore and delete submissions, where these terms are broken.
Copyright
The content of this website, including the text, the Four Pillars approach as presented here, the scorecard questions and results, and the photographs, belongs to Simon Kramer or is used with permission. The Cash Gap is © Simon Kramer.
You may view and print pages for your own business use, and share links to the website. You may not reproduce, sell or republish the content without my written permission.
Other websites
Where the website links to other sites, such as Google Calendar, those links are for convenience. I’m not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.
Availability and changes
I try to keep the website available and accurate, but I can’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. I may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
My liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, the website is provided for general information and free of charge, and I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including the scorecard and its results. In particular, I’m not liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Privacy
How I collect and use personal information is explained in my privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version on the website when you use it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
